液压滑环，组成部分有1、一个底座。2、一个固定在底座上的芯轴。3、至少一个以上通过轴承安装在芯轴上并能在芯轴上转动的滑环体。4、还有若干个设置在芯轴表面与滑环体内表面之间的密封件。5、在芯轴外圆柱面上间隔设有多条配油环，内部设有若干个相互不贯通并分别与不同的配油环相通的含有进油口的配油管路。6、在滑环体上也设有至少一个以上的与芯轴表面不同的配油环连通的出油接口。

液压滑环原理是什么呢？

1、单独使用时，它把压力油从液压动力卡盘的外壳(固定不动)引入到旋转油缸中去，使活塞在压力油的作用下克服弹簧力以及阻力向右运动，带动楔块驱动卡爪松开工件。回程时，可以去掉压力油的作用，靠弹簧复位作用，带动滑轴驱动卡爪径向卡紧工件。
